Sailash Boodhoo is a distinguished professional in the construction and property development industry, bringing over 25 years of experience in delivering complex, high-value projects across Mauritius and internationally.
As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK), he holds dual chartered status as both a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, reflecting his deep expertise in both cost control and strategic project delivery.
His academic background includes:
• MBA in Construction & Real Estate – University of Reading, UK
• RICS Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management
• Diploma in Quantity Surveying – College of Estate Management, UK
Sailash is also a Registered Professional Quantity Surveyor in Mauritius, and actively contributes to the profession as an RICS Assessor (UK) and Examiner for the Council of Quantity Surveyors (Mauritius). His commitment to professional development and mentoring has positioned him as a respected figure in both industry and academia.
Throughout his career, Sailash has led multidisciplinary teams, negotiated with international stakeholders, and overseen the successful execution of landmark developments.
