Description

Strategic Definition & Feasibility Planning

We initiate projects with clear objectives, stakeholder alignment, and robust feasibility assessments. This includes site analysis, regulatory mapping, environmental screening, and risk profiling. These activities correspond to RIBA Stages 0–1, where strategic briefing and project viability are established.

Execution Oversight & Stakeholder Coordination

We lead multidisciplinary teams, manage programme delivery, and facilitate decision-making across consultants, contractors, and authorities. Our role includes design coordination, statutory permit tracking, and proactive issue resolution—covering RIBA Stages 2–5, from concept design to construction.

Commissioning & Lifecycle Management

We oversee commissioning protocols, testing and inspection regimes, handover documentation, and post-occupancy evaluations. We also advise on asset lifecycle strategies, operational readiness, and facilities integration—aligned with RIBA Stages 6–7, ensuring long-term performance and user satisfaction.
